Return Process

  Contact our support team via the help portal or email within 30 days of your purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  For physical goods, securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items or verifies the digital account closure, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
